Key Responsibilities: As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will have the chance to build your experience by contributing to various stages of project delivery, including: Assisting in the design and preparation of detailed technical drawings. Producing calculations and engineering design reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to achieve optimal project outcomes. Ensuring designs adhere to all relevant safety, sustainability, and regulatory requirements. Participating in site visits, where you can observe the practical implementation of your designs. Supporting senior engineers in problem-solving and risk assessments for ongoing projects. Qualifications and Skills: To succeed in this role, you should possess the following: A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil or Structural Engineering. Familiarity with engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent tools. Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail, with the ability to approach engineering challenges in a structured and logical manner. Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical colleagues. A passion for infrastructure development, innovation, and sustainability.
