As a Graduate Development Manager , you'll be at the core of every project—from initial concept to the final handover. Gain hands-on experience across the entire development process, including project management, financial analysis, planning, and stakeholder engagement. Overview Drive project success by supporting every phase of development—from identifying potential sites to handing over completed projects. Conduct market research, feasibility analysis, and build business cases to ensure projects are financially sound. Navigate the complex world of planning and statutory approvals by liaising with local authorities and key stakeholders. Manage key relationships, ensuring clear communication with all parties involved. Assist with financial oversight, including budgets, cash flow, and cost monitoring. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality standards. Identify risks and contribute to strategies that keep projects on course.
