Psychology Graduate – SEND Teaching Assistant – Hounslow – ASAP Start We are seeking a dedicated Psychology Graduate to join a school in Hounslow as a SEND Teaching Assistant . This full-time role is ideal for graduates looking to gain hands-on experience with students who have special educational needs, and those considering a future in educational Psychology or Therapy. The role of SEND Teaching Assistant involves: Providing 1:1 and small group support for students with SEND. Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management. Supporting students with their social, emotional, and academic development. Working with students across different ages and learning abilities. Helping to implement individual education plans (IEPs). What we’re looking for: A 1st Class or 2:1 Psychology degree from a top UK university. A genuine interest in supporting SEND students. Strong communication, patience, and empathy. Previous experience working with children, particularly those with SEND, is desirable but not essential.
