Depending on what stage of your studies you're at, you'll be eligible for different parts of our recruitment process. As a trainee solicitor you will be handling real case files, get client contact and secondment opportunities. Over two years, a trainee solicitor at Shoosmiths will complete four six-month seats in two office locations to give a broader exposure to the firm. A trainee will sit within any of the five core areas of law; commercial, corporate, banking, real estate and private client.
