Eurostaff focuses on engagement, actionable insight and results. In May 2012 Eurostaff Group GmbH was incorporated to create an on-the-ground presence in Germany, strengthening over five years’ worth of client and candidate relationships developed via our London headquarters.
Our specialist recruitment divisions now cover Finance, Technology and Analytics with a candidate database of over 300,000 specialists across these industry sectors.

About Earthstaff
Previously operating as Eurostaff Group’s energy division, Earthstaff was created in February 2012 to position itself as a true expert in recruiting professionals to the Energy industry across the world.
Our specialist and expert focus is split into three distinct areas within the industry: Oil & Gas, Mineral Explorations and Wind Power. Being able to offer the best roles to professionals within these areas requires a high-level of understanding of the market, the companies operating in it, and the locations where firms are based. Earthstaff achieves this by employing consultants with all three qualities resulting in the ideal career moves for candidates, and the best talent for clients to move their business onto the next level.

Career Opportunities & Training:
We are currently hiring at a graduate level across the business, Finance, IT and Energy. Once joining as a graduate you will be put through our Graduate academy, consisting of classroom, on the job and individual coaching sessions. What differs with our training is that it is ongoing throughout your career with us, attending different training schemes the further your career progresses within the group.
Career progression is targeted, so moving up the ladder is entirely down to you and is directly related to how hard you work.
Our Team:
Our experienced management team have grown the business to nearly 100 employees across our London and Berlin offices. With plans to open further international offices in 2013. We employ a young, vibrant, energetic culture with an excellent social side across the business.
