Stanford Real Estate Partners are searching for a Graduate Management Consultant to join an established international real estate management consultancy firm. The business offers a variety of consultancy services such as restructuring, new systems implementation, market research, financing and much more to clients within the real estate industry including investors, blue chip and global property services firms to name a few. Base Salary offered is £28000 plus bonus and benefits About the role: The Graduate Management Consultant will work alongside a small but established team on various projects and will be responsible for: Supporting Meetings: Helping to prepare documentation and presentations, taking notes, and managing action lists to ensure smooth communication. Project Management: Collaborating with Project Managers to create reports, track timelines, and manage resources effectively. Client Engagement: Attending workshops and assisting in drafting Business Process Maps and Functional Specifications. Sales and Marketing: Contributing to sales proposals and marketing meetings with the leadership team. Research Projects: Working alongside colleagues on research initiatives, analysing data and drafting reports. Event Planning: Helping to organise internal/external industry events that foster connections and learning. Digital Presence: Keep our website updated and assist with newsletters to share our insights. Company Initiatives: Join improvement initiatives and participate in industry networking groups. Ideal Candidate: Ideally the Graduate Management Consultant will hold a Business or Property related degree (should you have a RICS affiliated degree and would like to become a Chartered Surveyor, the business will offer support towards your Assessment of Professional Competence). The Graduate Management Consultant will demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and ask questions; Driven, focused and resilient – not easily flustered by problems and takes pride in getting things right the first time Naturally inquisitive and smart with strong attention to detail. Able to work within a team and had superb communication skills.
