Key Responsibilities: Identify and attract high-caliber candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with senior consultants to understand client needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to provide informed insights and advice to clients and candidates. Requirements: Recent graduate with a Bachelors degree in any discipline. Strong interest in recruitment, human resources, or the venture capital/startup ecosystem. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of motivation, resilience, and a proactive attitude. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with social media and other digital recruitment tools is a plus.
