The National Composites Centre (NCC) is the UK's leading centre of excellence and innovation in composites technology. The NCC provides collaborative, open-access, research, technology and people development, delivering world-class innovation and knowledge transfer for the design, manufacture and application of composites.
The NCC is building the future for composites. Our industrial-scale research and technology development facilities support the needs of all sectors wishing to capitalise on the high-strength, low weight, corrosion-resistant qualities of composites. We offer a structured graduate programme which enables you to rotate around the different areas of the business. You'll learn a lot on the job but this will be backed up with formal classroom training and practical courses. We also understand the importance of developing your soft skills such as presenting and leadership.
As we're only 6 years old, our Graduate Programme hasn't been running for very long but past graduates have already gone on to lead teams of engineers and specialise in niche disciplines.
