GRADUATE WELLBEING COUNSELLOR LOCATION: MANCHESTER - FULL TIME OFFICE. WORKING DAYS AND HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9AM - 5PM. We have an exciting opportunity for graduate counsellors to join an award-winning client based in Manchester As a graduate counsellor, you will be taking part in a 6-month programme learning about safeguarding, CBT and getting exposure to various types of calls, with a view to move into a permanent wellbeing counsellor position working various shift patterns. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Minimum BACP Accredited Degree or Diploma Level 4 in Counselling & minimum of 100 counselling hours Great communication and customer service skills High level of organisational ability; ability to multitask. Be able to work towards deadlines and be motivated by targets. High level of computer literacy Ability to work with telephony and CRM systems.
