The role This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic, and confident individual to join our Client Leadership team on one of the agency’s biggest clients; BMW. The role involves account management, media planning, and business understanding and consultancy, working across a range of BMW’s business units. You will be involved with the day-to-day running of this account, contributing to the effective planning and buying of advertising campaigns across all digital media channels. What we're looking for Any experience in a digital-focused agency or marketing role either through work experience or an internship is a plus. Have an interest in behavioural economics and the application of it in comms planning. Be a good communicator (verbal and written), numerate, and proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Be apt at multi-tasking, organising and prioritising workloads, with a strong eye for detail. Be a team player, diligent, bright, proactive and eager to learn and develop their media career in a fast-paced environment. Skills (mandatory) Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, with an excellent eye for detail and accuracy. An understanding of digital media and potentially some experience across one of the following: paid search, paid social or programmatic display. Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills. Experience with Microsoft software applications; Word, PowerPoint, Excel (comfortable with Pivot tables, formulating data etc.) Focused, articulate and can-do attitude. Confident individual who is able to contribute as part of the team and wider agency as well as having the motivation to work independently. Excellent presentation skills. Skills (preferable) Knowledge of media finance applications (Media Ocean/DDS/Prisma, or equivalent). Knowledge of media research systems – content and application (TGI, Similarweb, Ad Intel, GWI etc) preferable. An understanding of at least one of the following digital platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SA360, DV360 or Adform. Interest in advertising and communications.
