Job Description

Science and Technology Facilities Council Salary: £33,380 per annum plus £4,500 allowance (a total of £37,880). About the role and a summary of key duties & responsibilities Our graduate engineers are offered permanent contracts and you will work on real projects from day one. Our leading facilities and rewarding work will provide you with outstanding Graduate career opportunities including: Analogue, digital and mixed signal IC design using a wide range of technologies. Design of sophisticated digital systems using FPGAs. Application engineering & consultancy for the latest design tools and Integrated Circuit design flows. Design of CMOS Image Sensors using state-of-art microelectronics technologies. You will receive all necessary technical training, be supported by experienced colleagues including a mentor, encouraged to use your initiative and allowed to demonstrate your innovative engineering skills to reach your full potential. You will need to have a good understanding of basic electronic principles, an analytical approach to problem solving and dedication to professional development in the continuously evolving and fast-moving world of integrated circuits. Good social skills are also essential as you will need to be able to communicate effectively (in English) with colleagues, project partners and customers.
