Job Title: Graduate Engineer Salary: Starting from £29,000 per annum plus Veolia benefits Location: Chesterfield Programme Duration: 2 years Candidate shortlisting will take place on w/c 15th of July 2024 and assessment days will take place between w/c 22nd of July 2024. As part of the Graduate Development Programme, you will go through a structured development programme, undertaking leadership, management, soft skills and safety modules with your graduate cohort. What will you be doing? - Support the Projects Delivery Team to identify and take advantage of commercial opportunities and end-to-end turnkey project solutions. - On-site scoping visits with the support of the Projects Team - Provide technical support to customers, Contract Managers, engineers and other colleagues. - Explore the opportunities in dewatering technologies and determine Brettex options for commercialisation. - Support with tender documents with technical and commercial input Investigating opportunities and developing strategies to ensure Brettex makes commercial offers that are attractive to customers. - Responsible for delivery of projects throughout the quotation, design and delivery phases of the project life-cycle in conjunction with Project Engineers, Project Managers, Contract Managers and other colleagues. What are we looking for? - Degree-level qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (To be achieved by Sept 2024) - Full UK driving licence - You may have the occasional overnight stay - Strong communication skills - Proactive and self-motivated What's next?
