The role… This analyst role provides the successful candidate with an opportunity to research technology and services for Risk Management, covering aspects such as third party risk management, operational resilience, insurance solutions, and ESG and non-financial risks We are looking for candidates who are interested in joining our award-winning research firm, focusing on a research area that requires passion and practicality, and building a career in one of our fastest growing research teams. Excelling in the role requires an enthusiasm for understanding how technology can improve business outcomes, experience in producing high-quality written deliverables, and the ability to contribute to client-facing engagements. Successful candidates will have the ambition to undertake a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research in collaboration with other analysts. You will establish relationships across the industry, work on all aspects of market research and contribute to consulting projects. Typical clients are executives in multi-billion revenue corporates, professional services firms, technology firms and investors. This role is paying in the region of £34K - £36K (dependent on experience) with a very competitive quarterly performance bonus. Our analysts benefit from our structured ‘Analyst Training Framework’ which offers 24-months of tailored learning which will equip high performers to progress to more senior analyst positions at Verdantix. What you’ll be doing… Learning how to use research and analysis to create insightful reports for businesses. Write high-quality research in English while meeting deadlines. Source and conduct interviews with executives and industry experts. Building quantitative models to size and forecast building technology Contribute to client advisory workshops and other presentations. Apply and create business research methodologies. Attend industry events to help raise the profile of Verdantix in the market. Identify commercial opportunities and work with sales colleagues. Contribute to product development in a team context. Build up your profile in the industry. What we’re looking for Educated to Master’s degree level with a preference for top-tier universities, preferably with focus on Business, Economics, Risk Management, Insurance, Engineering, Law, Geography or similar. Ideal candidates will have some experience in professional services / consulting firm / analyst firm. Interest in the future of risk management technology and services Excellent communication and public speaking skills, for face to face and telephone interviews, as well as presentations to clients and webinars Proven ability to quickly write high quality reports for a business audience.
