A leader in the office supplies sector have an opportunity for an eCommerce Graduate to join their growing eCommerce team. This entry-level role is designed for a recent graduate who is passionate about online retail, particularly with a focus on Amazon Vendor Account Management across the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our Amazon business, optimizing our presence on the platform, and ensuring seamless operations across multiple markets. Key Responsibilities: Amazon Vendor Account Management: Support the day-to-day management of our Amazon Vendor accounts across the UK and Europe. Assist in the execution of promotional strategies, product listings, and content optimization. Analyze sales performance data, identifying trends and making recommendations to improve product visibility and sales. Monitor stock levels, coordinating with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure consistent availability of products on Amazon. Handle Amazon-related queries, resolving any issues with orders, listings, or account health. Market Analysis & Optimization: Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior on Amazon. Provide insights and recommendations to the E-Commerce Manager to drive growth and profitability in different European markets. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns tailored to specific regions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product development, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure a cohesive approach to our Amazon strategy. Coordinate with external partners and agencies to enhance our Amazon presence and performance. European Market Focus: Utilize your proficiency in at least one additional EU language (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch) to manage and optimize Amazon operations in specific European markets. Adapt product descriptions, promotional content, and customer communication to local languages and cultural nuances. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, stock levels, and account health for internal stakeholders. Assist in the development and implementation of KPIs to measure and improve Amazon performance across regions. Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proficiency in at least one additional EU language (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch) is required. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central or similar platforms is a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
